    • After we receive your booking inquiry, you will get a detailed offer about availability and costs for the requested period.
    • Given that you entered a valid email address, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this may be delayed up to 24...or even as much 48 hours in some cases.
    • If a Villa is available, you will be asked to secure the booking with a confirming deposit.
    • The deposit is usually between 10-30% of the total booking value. The balance will be due at check out.
    • For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt.
    • For airport pick-up service, please re-confirm flight details before arriving.
